Our event is black tie optional. What does that mean? Well, the entire wedding party and participants will mean that 20 of us already wearing tuxedos and gowns! Why not dress to match? Pump up your evening best for an elegant evening! Historically, temperatures in Rochester in mid-August are in the 80s mid day, drop to between the low 70s in the late afternoon, high 60s in the early evening, and finish in the low to mid 60s in the later evening. 

The RSVP deadline is July 31st. You may RSVP right on the home page, or return the RSVP card included with your formal invitation. Make sure to tell us everyone’s dinner preferences!

If you will be staying with us at Woodcliff please book your room(s) by July 14th to be able to take advantage of the event discounts and complimentary resort fees offered for the Paddock/Friedman wedding! Booking your accomodations as soon as you know your travel arrangements is always wise. We respectfully ask that our guests be limited to those who have been named on our invitation. 

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM, so arriving at the ceremony site between 4:30PM and 4:50PM is advised to make sure you witness and enjoy every moment. 

Arriving from a distance? Travel experts suggest a buffer index of 40% by motor vehicle and 60% by air travel to allow for potential disruption. In other words…leave a little early and even consider joining us the day before! You’ll be glad you made the trip!

 We love your families and are so excited to celebrate together! To help us create the experience we’ve planned, we kindly ask that attendance be limited to children ages 6 and older who are listed on the invitation. The ceremony is for everyone to witness and celebrate. The cocktail hour will have plenty of options for beverages and snacks. We have selected a children’s dinner menu that is certain to please. The cake cutting (and eating) and first dance are musts, and the beginning of the dance party should not be missed! At 9PM, we have planned a supervised (by our beloved, experienced, responsible friend Gia Vito) and super fun movie party on property just for our guests 12 and under.
